We chose LEDCO for its professionalism, helpfulness and excellent customer care. In the end, what surprised me most was the bathroom and the variety of lighting effects we were able to create there.

A modern home completed with light
The architects prepared the basic concept for Boris’s interior. During the project, however, the owners adapted several details to suit their own preferences, and LEDCO helped them choose the lighting.
Rather than simply selecting luminaires, they developed a solution that naturally complemented the architecture of the house, the materials used and the overall style of the interior.
Boris chose LEDCO mainly for its professional, helpful and customer-focused approach.
Luminaires that made an immediate impression
The architects had originally specified a different type of luminaire for the interior. When Boris and his family visited the LEDCO showroom, however, they were immediately drawn to the solution that now forms a distinctive part of their home.
From the very first look, they knew these luminaires would fit the interior better and enhance its modern, clean character.
The selection was therefore not only a technical decision. The design, proportions of the luminaires and their relationship with the entire space also played an important role.
High ceilings without a dominant chandelier
The high ceilings are one of the most striking features of the living area. A space like this naturally offers the opportunity to use a dominant pendant luminaire or a statement chandelier.
Boris, however, did not want pendant luminaires in this part of the house. The original design therefore included a recessed track system.
LEDCO recommended a surface-mounted track solution that preserved the clean appearance of the interior while becoming a natural design feature in its own right. The tracks do not feel intrusive and provide flexible, functional lighting throughout the living area.
The biggest surprise came in the bathroom
The room where the lighting surprised Boris most was the bathroom.
It was here that he discovered how many different forms light can take within a single room. In addition to the main functional lighting, ambient lighting was added to the niches, giving the bathroom depth and a pleasant atmosphere.
Well-chosen illuminated mirrors are another striking feature. They provide practical light for daily routines while also serving as an elegant part of the overall interior.
Boris’s story shows that even a room where lighting may not initially receive the most attention can, with the right design, become one of the most impressive spaces in the home.
