Luminaires Made from Acoustic Materials

Modern interiors increasingly require solutions that provide acoustic comfort as well as good design. Our luminaires made from acoustic panels combine noise reduction with functional lighting and clean architectural lines. One example is a rectangular luminaire made from PET felt that also works as an acoustic absorber above work or social areas.

Suitable for: open-plan offices, lobbies, coworking spaces, canteens and school premises.

Unconventional Shapes and Frameless Solutions

Timeless design requires technical freedom. We manufacture luminaires in unconventional forms – for example, an “infinite” light circuit created by connecting oval and circular elements. These types of lighting are suitable for luxury interiors, galleries, showrooms and restaurants where aesthetics play a key role.

Made from aluminium components with a specially bent diffuser and high-CRI LED modules.

Themed Luminaires Inspired by a Corporate Story

Our team can bring even technically demanding concepts to life. One example is a luminaire inspired by an aircraft wing, assembled from milled ribs and laminated-wood beams. It is suitable for boardrooms, themed interiors, stylish offices and hotels.

Technology: CNC milling, hand assembly, integrated LED strips and optional dimming.

Designer Luminaires for Retail and High-Impact “Wow” Zones

The NNR25 luminaire, with an anodised aluminium body and flexible plastic LED light tube, is a typical example of modern, visually distinctive design. We also manufacture it for 48 V systems, with selectable colour temperature or RGBW.

Applications: galleries, relaxation areas, creative spaces, shopping arcades and entrance halls.

Triangular LED Luminaires and Accessories

For projects with unconventional ceilings, such as corridors or customer zones, we also offer custom-made luminaires in triangular formats. Surface-mounted LED panels in atypical shapes are visually striking and, when combined with an opal diffuser, provide homogeneous illumination.

Materials: anodised aluminium, custom LED PCB and opal cover.

Luminaires Made from Wood, Membranes and Unconventional Materials

Lighting does not have to be limited to metal and plastic. We manufacture luminaires from shaped wood, transparent or textile Barrisol membranes, optical fibres and plasterboard elements. These are often architecturally dominant features that require an individual design approach.

We also create solutions with special diffusion, backlighting and ambient control.

Components and Development Behind the Scenes

Every custom luminaire requires not only design, but also a solid technical background. We develop our own LED PCB modules, electronics and control-unit software. We use CNC manufacturing for sheet-metal and aluminium parts and shape profiles and diffusers to specification. We work with highly reliable LED strips, including encapsulated versions for outdoor and damp environments. We are also happy to show the details of our production process – from design through prototype to series production.

Development PCBs, CNC-cut parts, Barrisol membrane components, wooden rings and plasterboard bodies.

["post-106945","ledco_services","type-ledco_services","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry

Custom lighting manufacturing - Ledco

<meta name="description" content="We design and manufacture custom LED lighting fixtures according to the ideas of architects, designers, or specific space requirements.
