A minimalist apartment where lighting shapes the atmosphere
Domka was looking for lighting that would complement the clean, modern style of her apartment. She chose LEDCO mainly because of the wide selection of luminaires, expert advice and the opportunity to find a solution tailored precisely to her vision.
The result is an interior where lighting is more than a practical feature. It naturally complements the furnishings, highlights the details and makes it possible to change the atmosphere to suit the moment.
The kitchen as the heart of the home
Domka’s favourite part of the apartment is the kitchen. It is where she spends most of her time cooking, baking and meeting with family and friends.
The kitchen lighting therefore had to combine functionality with a clean design. Minimalist black tracks with spotlights form the foundation. They look simple and unobtrusive in the space while providing high-quality, even illumination.
The black elements naturally connect with the other interior details and create a cohesive visual whole.
Practical light for cooking and baking
One of the most important features in the kitchen is the LED strip installed above the worktop.
Domka uses it whenever she cooks or bakes. It provides plenty of light exactly where she needs it, eliminates unwanted shadows and improves comfort during everyday kitchen tasks.
Well-designed task lighting shows how even a subtle lighting feature can significantly improve the functionality of an entire room.
A statement luminaire as the interior’s focal point
The decorative luminaire, intended to become one of the apartment’s most distinctive elements, took Domka the longest to choose.
The aim was to find a luminaire that would be eye-catching and original without feeling intrusive, while still complementing the minimalist tracks and the rest of the lighting.
The final choice became a natural focal point of the space. It gives the interior personality while preserving its clean and harmonious character.
One space, two different atmospheres
For Domka, lighting is one of the key elements of the entire home.
During the day, she needs practical, functional lighting for everyday activities. In the evening, however, the same space can feel softer, calmer and cosier with the right lighting.
Domka’s apartment shows how a combination of minimalist, task and decorative lighting can create an interior that adapts to everyday life and to the mood of the people who live there.
