Osvetlenie sauny
In cooperation with architect Ing. arch. Adam Lukačovič and project contractor Karol Jurkas, we helped create a pleasant home environment for relaxation and sauna use. The combination of timber wall finishes, contrasting anthracite tiles and carefully selected subtle lighting fulfils the practical requirements while preserving the clean lines of the design and creating the desired intimate atmosphere throughout the space.

From design to implementation
Architect Ing. arch. Adam Lukačovič designed the sauna as a place for relaxation, combining nature and architecture in a balanced way. As the original design already shows, subtle lighting was incorporated from the outset to complete the overall impression and create a welcoming space. Our task was therefore to select the most suitable type of lighting – one that would fit the concept, contribute to the intimate atmosphere and remain practical in everyday use.
Lighting for the relaxation area / cooling pool
In the relaxation zone and the room with the cooling pool, a discreet but highly effective waterproof dimmable NeonFlex LED strip was installed along the upper section. The LED strip is controlled by an RF / manual dimmer, cleverly integrated together with the distribution box into the timber cladding while remaining easily accessible. This allows the user to flexibly adjust the light intensity to suit individual preferences.
Sauna lighting
When selecting lighting for the sauna itself, it was necessary to consider not only humidity but also the higher ambient temperature. We therefore chose a water-resistant LED strip intended primarily for bathrooms and saunas, characterised by increased heat resistance up to 85 °C. This provides safe use even in demanding conditions while allowing the user to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
